What is your shipping policy?

Delivery is currently only available in the NYC (Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens area). Delivery fee is $10 within Manhattan below 110th street and $15 for limited areas in Brooklyn and Queens. We are looking to expand our shipping and distribution and hope to have some great news soon!

How large is each cookie?

Each cookie is approximately 8 inches in diameter. Depending on the special order request, this size can vary.

How many people can share one cookie?

Generally, one cookie is perfect for 2 to 4 people to share, but that is if they're all willing to share...

What options can I create for a special order?

So many fun possibilities and options! Check out the gallery or the Instagram page for some inspiration and let's chat!

Can I modify or cancel my order?

All orders are final, so make sure upon payment that everything is correct!

Are your products gluten, diary or sugar free?

Unfortunately, none of our products are currently gluten, diary or sugar free. Will be working on this for you!

Are MADE by Wendy products nut-free?

Most products are made without nuts; however, all products are produced in a kitchen where nut ingredients are used.

How long can I store the cookies for?

Our sweets are best consumed within the first 3 days. To keep longer, store in air tight container in refrigerator for up to one week.

Do you have a store location?

Not at the moment, but we are looking to have a pop-up! Subscribe to our email to be one of the first to know!
